Official Rules - The Golf Drop Monthly Sweepstakes

  1. SPONSOR The Golf Drop Monthly Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Golf Drop, 640 Gorski Rd, Fairview, Pennsylvania 16415 ("Sponsor").  2. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.  3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD Each Monthly Drawing Period begins on the first Thursday following the prior month's drop at 12:01 AM EST and ends on the last Wednesday of the month at 8:00 PM EST (the "Drop Date"). The Monthly Drawing Period includes up to four (4) Weekly Entry Periods, each running Thursday 12:01 AM EST through Wednesday 11:59 PM EST. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the schedule with advance notice at [WEBSITE URL]. 4. HOW TO ENTER Method 1 — Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit [WEBSITE URL]/pages/free-entry during any Weekly Entry Period and complete the free entry form with your full legal name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth. Each valid free submission earns five (5) entries. Limit: One (1) free submission per person per Weekly Entry Period (maximum four (4) submissions and twenty (20) entries per Monthly Drawing Period). Method 2 — Entry with Box Purchase: Purchase a Golf Drop mystery box  during the Monthly Drawing Period before the Drop Date deadline of 8:00 PM EST on the last Wednesday of the month. Each box purchase earns five (5) entries, regardless of price paid (including early-bird pricing). No limit on boxes purchased per Monthly Drawing Period. Method 3 — Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a stamped envelope to: The Golf Drop Monthly Giveaway, [MAILING ADDRESS], Erie, PA [ZIP]. Each valid mail-in entry earns five (5) entries. Limit: One (1) per person per Weekly Entry Period. Must be postmarked during the applicable Weekly Entry Period and received within seven (7) days of the Drop Date. All entry methods provide five (5) entries per valid submission. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning relative to the free entry methods. 5. EARLY-BIRD PRICING Box pricing varies by week within each Monthly Drawing Period: Week 1 — $79.00; Week 2 — $84.00; Week 3 — $89.00; Week 4 — $94.00. After the Drop Date reveal, remaining boxes available at $99.00. Shipping: $7.99 flat rate (USA) or free local pickup. All purchases earn five (5) entries regardless of price or shipping method. Early-bird pricing is a product discount and does not affect sweepstakes entry value or odds. 6. ENTRY ACCUMULATION All valid entries accumulate during the Monthly Drawing Period and are included in the corresponding drawing. Entries do not carry over between Monthly Drawing Periods. 7. DRAWING One (1) winner selected by random drawing on the Drop Date (last Wednesday of the month at approximately 8:00 PM EST) or within three (3) business days thereafter. Drawing conducted by Sponsor using a randomized selection method. Odds depend on total eligible entries received. 8. PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize per Monthly Drawing Period. Prize descriptions and values will be announced in advance of each Monthly Drawing Period at [WEBSITE URL] and in promotional materials. For the April 2026 Monthly Drawing Period, the Grand Prize is: — One (1) $500.00 gift card to Beechwood Golf Club, 6401 Gorski Rd, Fairview, PA 16415, good towards green fees or cart fees. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of April 2026 Grand Prize: $500.00. Prizes for subsequent Monthly Drawing Periods will be announced at least seven (7) days before each period opens. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless Sponsor determines otherwise. No cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes are the winner's sole responsibility. 9. WINNER NOTIFICATION Potential winner notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days. Must respond within seven (7) days. If unreachable, ineligible, or non-responsive, prize forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where permitted, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days. 10. TAX REPORTING If total prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year equal or exceed $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. The April 2026 prize ($500.00 value) is below the $600 IRS reporting threshold for a single prize. 11. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or violate these rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems affect its integrity. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use. 13. DISPUTES Resolved individually in state or federal courts in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and waive class action rights. 15.
